The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Analytics comprises four courses – 3 core and 1 elective. Completing these courses will provide you skills and understanding to effectively analyse trends to draw meaningful insights that will inform wider business decisions. The power of your data could improve levels of employee engagement, reduce turnover and help build more diverse and inclusive workplace cultures.
Use your remaining electives to tailor your study to areas of interest, whether they be from the general Human Resource Management stream, Diversity, Equity and Inclusions stream, Leadership and Organisational Development stream or further electives relevant to your career goals.
