Program structure

The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Organisation development comprises four courses – 2 core and 2 electives. By studying these courses, you will be able to select and implement effective strategies to empower progression, whether that be on a team, departmental or organisational level.

Use your remaining electives to tailor your study to areas of interest, whether they be from the general Human Resource Management stream, Human Resource Analytics stream, Diversity, Equity and Inclusions stream, or further electives relevant to your career goals.

Upon successful completion (with a minimum WAM of 65), this Graduate Certificate provides a pathway to articulate into the Master of Human Resource Management, with the option to specialise in Human Resource Analytics, Leadership and Organisational Development or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by studying a further 8 courses.
