The Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion comprises four courses – 3 core and 1 elective. Completing these courses will provide you with the knowledge and tools to shape company DEI strategies to empower individuals and teams, and foster a culture of wellbeing and celebration.
Use your remaining elective to tailor your study to areas of interest, whether they be from the general Human Resource Management stream, Human Resource Analytics stream, Leadership and Organisational Development stream or further electives relevant to your career goals.
Upon successful completion (with a minimum WAM of 65), this Graduate Certificate provides a pathway to articulate into the Master of Human Resource Management, with the option to specialise in Human Resource Analytics, Leadership and Organisational Development or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by studying a further 8 courses.
